Anti-Ragging Committee
Trichy Engineering College follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging in any form. The Anti-Ragging Committee is constituted as per UGC and AICTE guidelines to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment. The committee undertakes:
- Preventive measures through awareness campaigns, counseling sessions, and orientation programs.
- Vigilance across campus, including hostels and common areas, to identify and eliminate ragging practices.
- Immediate redressal of complaints, strict disciplinary action, and coordination with legal authorities when required.
The committee works proactively to ensure students feel secure and supported from the day they enter the campus.
