This fee collection platform involves three distinct parties. Understanding their roles is important before you proceed with any transaction.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trichy Engineering College online fee collection portal, you ("Student" or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of this portal immediately.

These terms apply to all students, parents, and guardians who make payments through this platform.

Purpose of the Portal

This portal is provided exclusively for the collection of academic fees from students enrolled at Trichy Engineering College. The portal must not be used for any other purpose.

• ➤ Tuition fees, examination fees, and hostel fees
• ➤ Lab fees, library fees, and other institutional charges
• ➤ Any other fee notified by the college from time to time

Platform & Payment Processing

The software infrastructure and portal is developed and maintained by Ahopez Innovations. All payment transactions are processed through Paytm, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Paytm's terms of service and privacy policy.

Ahopez Innovations shares the necessary fee data with Paytm solely for the purpose of facilitating payment processing. The college retains control over fee structures, amounts, and approval of all financial decisions.

User Obligations

You agree to:

• ➤ Provide accurate student credentials and fee details when making payments
• ➤ Use only authorised payment methods belonging to you or your legal guardian
• ➤ Not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the portal
• ➤ Retain all payment receipts and transaction confirmation numbers
• ➤ Report any failed or suspicious transactions to the college cash counter promptly

Limitation of Liability

Trichy Engineering College and Ahopez Innovations shall not be liable for:

• ➤ Downtime, errors, or technical failures in the Paytm payment gateway
• ➤ Losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials
• ➤ Delays in fee posting due to banking intermediaries or network failures
• ➤ Data breaches caused by hacking attempts or cookie-based data theft on external systems

Modifications to Terms

The college reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Updated terms will be published on this portal and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
