Partnership in Learning

  • Parents are expected to collaborate with faculty and management in their ward’s academic journey.
  • Support in maintaining discipline, punctuality, and study habits at home.

Monitoring Progress

  • Regularly review academic performance, attendance, and discipline records of their ward.
  • Encourage participation in academic, cultural, and extracurricular activities.

Communication & Feedback

  • Parents should attend Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly.
  • Any concerns or grievances must be addressed through official channels.

Respect & Cooperation

  • Maintain respectful communication with staff and management.
  • Avoid negative criticism in front of students; use proper channels for feedback.

Financial Responsibility

  • Ensure timely payment of fees as per institutional deadlines.
  • Parents must clear dues before examinations or final results.

Support for Institutional Policies

  • Adhere to TEC’s rules on admissions, withdrawals, and examinations.
  • Encourage wards to follow the anti-ragging policy, academic integrity, and ethical conduct.

Emergency Updates

  • Inform the college immediately in case of changes in contact details, address, or health conditions of the student.

Disciplinary Action

  • Violation of these rules will lead to warnings, fines, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
  • TEC reserves the right to take strict disciplinary or legal action as per institutional, university, and government regulations.
